Terms of Service

These are the rules for using Finding Care Homes. By searching the site, requesting a tour, listing a home, or claiming a listing, you’re agreeing to them.

What this site is

Finding Care Homes is a directory. We help families find licensed care homes in California and pass along tour requests. We are not a licensed placement agency, we do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice, and we are not a party to any agreement between a family and a home. Any arrangement you make with a home — cost, move-in date, care terms — is between you and that home directly.

We do our best to keep listing information accurate, including bed availability once a home is claimed, but we don’t guarantee it. Always confirm details directly with a home before making a decision.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• Submit false information in a tour request, listing, or claim.
• Claim a home you don’t own or have authority to represent.
• Upload photos you don’t have the right to share.
• Use the site’s forms to send spam, scrape data, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Use any information from this site to discriminate against a family or resident in a way that would violate fair housing law.

If you list or claim a home

You’re responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, including bed counts, amenities, and your state license number. We may verify claims against public state licensing records before a listing goes live under your control.

Photos: by uploading a photo, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and you grant Finding Care Homes a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on your listing and in related marketing for the site. You can ask us to remove a photo at any time.

Listing fees, where they apply, are described on the List your home page. Nothing is charged without your agreement to a specific plan.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is.” We don’t warrant that listings are error-free, that a home will have room when you visit, or that the site will be uninterrupted. We are not responsible for the quality of care provided by any home listed here — that is regulated separately by the State of California, and license status shown on a listing should always be independently verified.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, RDI Group LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any arrangement you make with a home found through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, if any.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. We’ll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
